FROM THE OWNER: OUR PROMISE TO MENTAL HEALTH
When I started Nourity, I never anticipated how closely the journey would connect with something so personal to me: mental health. Over the years, I’ve witnessed friends, family, and colleagues grapple with significant mental health challenges. These experiences have strongly shown the importance of having the right support, resources, and understanding for those facing these issues. Mental health impacts us all, and the stigma surrounding it often stops people from seeking help when they need it the most.
That’s why, since March of 2024, Nourity has committed to donating 3% of all our sales to support Mental Health America, a nonprofit organization that plays a crucial role in enhancing mental health services, raising awareness, and advocating for individuals who often lack the resources or support they require. Today, I’m proud to announce that, thanks to our loyal customers and community, we’ve raised over $18,000 to assist Mental Health America in their mission to provide essential mental health care nationwide. This amount includes our ongoing contributions and previous donations, reflecting our collective impact.
Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting mental health programs and advocacy that help people in meaningful ways. For me, this cause is deeply personal. It’s not just about donating money—it’s about making a lasting difference in the lives of those who struggle with mental health. It’s about fostering a world where mental health is prioritized, where seeking help is viewed as a strength, and where no one feels isolated or ashamed. The work we’re doing alongside Mental Health America is just the beginning, and I’m eager to continue this journey with all of you.
